Mmm, Mr. Munchy!

Happy Chocolate Bunny Day!  

I made some homemade Mr. Munchy to celebrate this day; a day (oddly enough) devoted to chocolate and rabbits! Do you know Mr. Munchy? He's the chocolate bunny that is crunchy because it contains Rice Krispies. My version may not look as pretty as the real deal, but it sure is a lot cleaner. (Note: my Mr. Munchy is supposed to look like a bunny's head, ha ha!).

Ingredients and Directions: 300 g dark chocolate (3 x 100 g 70% dark chocolate chocolate bars), melted, mixed with 1 cup plain rice cereal; place on parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.

FYI real Mr. Munchy's ingredients: MILK CHOCOLATE (SUGAR, COCOA BUTTER, MILK INGREDIENTS, UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, SOY LECITHIN, VANILLA EXTRACT), RICE CRISPS (RICE, SUGAR/GLUCOSE-FRUCTOSE, SALT, MALT FLAVOUR [WHEAT], THIAMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, NIACINAMIDE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FOLIC ACID, CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE, BHT) ...yikes!
