To understand what disrupts health, one must first understand what determines health.
1. Inborn Determinants of Health (includes genes, maternal exposures (such as drugs, toxins, viruses), maternal nutrition and lifestyle)
2. Lifestyle Determinants of Health (includes environment, lifestyle, emotions, self-love)
3. Environmental Determinants of Health (includes air and water quality, lots of light, toxins, occupation, surroundings)
4. Diet Determinants of Health (includes elimination, nutrition, digestion, hydration, supplements, alcohol)
5. Physical Determinants of Health (includes exercise, adequate rest, mobility, strength)
6. Socio-Economic Determinants of Health (includes culture, love, friendship, community, satisfying employment)
7. Stress-Related Determinants of Health (includes stress (both physical and emotional))
8. Illness-Related Determinants of Health (includes pathogens, surgeries, suppression, trauma, injury, addictions)
